Need a naming day gift similar to name a star

It's going to be our niece's naming day in a couple of months and I'm looking for a suitable gift. For her sister's naming day we did a "name a star" thing and I was looking for something similar which would complement it rather than the exact same gift.

The ones I've seen are "name a tree", but they don't actually let you visit the tree, and "name a rose", but you have to grow the rose yourself from SEEDS which I think has a high failure rate.

Now we're all aware that you don't actually get to name these things officially and it's just a novelty gift, but despite that we think it's a nice gesture and so did SIL and her family last time. With the star our niece gets to see it on the map and try to find it in the sky. With the tree/rose thing you could end up with just a certificate which seems a bit of a disappointment.

So, does anyone have any suggestions for similar things?

It's not quite in the same category as a star but these are beautiful - cotblankets.paston.co.uk/index.php?cPath=1. We have stockings made by her and the quality is superb. Real heirlooms and already treasured by my DC.

Thank you very much - I agree they are gorgeous although should have said niece is 3 so getting a bit old for a blanket (SIL has been ill so not got around naming day before now), however cushions are beautiful and I'd definitely consider those if I don't find a gift similar to the star one. Always nice to have ideas in mind to avoid the silver tankard/egg cup type gift, I think!
And the stockings... wow!

Just wanted to add for anyone landing on this thread in future (it's only fair as I've researched suggestions from several other Naming Day threads!), we have ended up going for having a tree planted by the Woodland Trust. Seems a bit more reliable than the "gift in a tin" thing which I'd seen before, and there is a certificate to which you can add personal text. We have chosen the location which is the new Heartwood Forest the WT are creating near St Albans so although she won't know which is her actual tree she'll be able to visit the forest when she's older. They are also doing tree-planting for the Jubilee at present which I'm considering on our DDs' behalf, and another option is dedicating and existing tree which has the advantage of being able to choose from more forests so you might get one closer and more visitable.
changer22 I've got that website bookmarked for future reference, thanks so much for the recommendation!
