Following on from the thread on whether your kids wear undies under their pjs, just wondered what you and your dh/dp wear to bed.

We both wear pjs in winter. Knickers on sometimes.
In summer tend to wear shortie pjs and vest type top. Dh wears boxers.

pj's all year - shorts pjs in summer, long one in winter.

knickers on always!

pj's are FUN.

dh wears boxers. i don't know how he isn't freezing to death.

ds1 insists on some clean underpants before pj's - gets very upset if I forget

funnygirl · 11/01/2006 22:47

I wear a short nightie and bedsocks as my feet get really cold. Dh sometimes wears pjs or boxers. I sometimes wonder how dd was ever conceived...

Always have a saggy belly Socci!! I did relent to a PJ top for those cold winter night feeds brrrr!!! Ooh and knickers for when everything falls out for a few weeks!

Passionflower · 12/01/2006 17:39

Yep, well almost I wore a nursing bra to as not to wake up in a smelly soggy bed. I so wish my saggy belly had popped back into shape, I'm still doing battle with my abs (or lack of them) 2 years after DD3.

HellyBelly · 12/01/2006 19:30

Nothing either, dh wears boxers

lucy5 · 12/01/2006 19:31

nothing, dh wears his pants, eewww!

HellyBelly · 12/01/2006 19:33

And Socci - I don't remember but dh reckons I wore knickers - actually, I'm sure I'd have worn a nighty. When I was b/f I wore bra and nighty.

Neither of us wears anything, unless really cold then one/both of us might put a t-shirt on.

What do other nudie sleepers do when little ones creep into your beds in the early hours?

I alwasy thought once they got older we'd put something on, but at 7 and 5 (not that the 7 year old comes into bed with us very often now - although 5 year old does about once or twice a month) we still don't bother.

lucykate · 13/01/2006 10:16

pj's, usually the most boring, covered up pair i can find. ones that send the message 'don't even try it' to dh

Enid · 13/01/2006 10:16

vest and pj bottoms
nothing
sweatshirt and thick pj bottoms and warm socks

all weather dependent

nailpolish · 13/01/2006 10:20

a smile

NomDePlume · 13/01/2006 10:46

nothing. I always feel like I'm being strangled if I wear anything in bed. Never get cold despite sleeping with the bedroom window open all year round (I can't bear that fuggy aired 'morning smell'). DH always complains that I'm too hot to snuggle up to at night anyway.

Rhubarb · 13/01/2006 10:49

Hey! Could this be DaddyCool getting ready for bed?

iota · 13/01/2006 10:50

nothing

( but t shirt nighty by side of bed in cse I have to get up to the kids)

pottytrainingcod · 13/01/2006 10:50

NomDePlume · 13/01/2006 10:51

DD (3) also sleeps in the buff apart from her nappy (not dry at night as yet), she's another little hot-body.

spacecadet · 13/01/2006 10:52

pmsl@cod!!!!!

pottytrainingcod · 13/01/2006 10:52
