Sexual Problem - linked to breast feeding?

Tis a little embarrassing but its bothering me so here goes...

My dh is a boob man. During sex he likes to mess with them which i can cope with but I have this problem which is starting to affect my sex life.

I have 2 ds's and breast feed both, which I loved doing and was perfectly comfortable with.

But when dh starts to suck them during sex It reminds me of feeding the boys, he just sucks! and it really turns me off. Before the kids i used to like it but now it just reminds me of feeding them and I have to shove him off.

It is causing problems because its something he loves doing which I have started to hate. Its getting to the point where i keep my top on in bed just incase. He gets offended that I push him away and after that then I am totally not in the mood and dont enjoy having sex.

To top it all , i then feel like a perv for thinking of breastfeeding my children when im in bed with dh

How can i stop the association? I have tried explaining to dh but he either thinks im joking/i will get over it/that he can do it anyway/that I wont notice/or hes not listening. Its getting to the point where i dont want to be near him just incase

He is a good man and I know that he will stop doing it when I ask him, but I have to ask him everytime!!!

I stopped breastfeeding about 18 months ago so why has this just started in the last few weeks? It makes my skin crawl!

Sorry if that doesnt make much sense but its making me feel sick! Dont know where this strangh of feeling has suddenly come from!

Tamba, I'm right there with you. before having children my breasts were an erogenous zone for me and for DP (who's totally a boob man). since breastfeeding i can't bear him to touch them really.

i stopped feeding dd3 6 months ago, i still hate him going near them. it reminds me far too strongly of breastfeeding.

for me i have quite an antipathy to breastfeeding despite having fed 3 babies for a year or so each. i think that's why i can't bear dp near them.

he is used to it. poor man. i just assume that one day in a few years time some positive erogenous feeling might come back to them.

since i b/f both the boys i loathe dh touching my boobs at all. just see them as feeding instruments, not sexual at all.

I think it's very common, I have this association, it's horrible, I am still bf-ing though.

Tamba my DH can't understand it. He thinks it something he's doing wrong...FGS can't we just not want them to touch our norks?

For the record I thought you'd be purple with yellow spots and majorly annoying! So glad you not, though hate you for being so young as I'm the grand old age of 31. Crap!

I have a similar problem except I am still breastfeeding DD. DP does get something out of them which does bother me cos it's not for him.

Did your DP suck yur breasts when you were breastfeeding?

He stayed well away when i was first breast feeding as he got sprayed with milk for the first few weeks after that he would play with them but not suck on them and never seemed bothered if they leaked. I remember after i finished breast feeding he started sucking them again and I was always paranoid that hed get a mouthful of milk, but he never did.

DH was not allowed anywhere near my boobs when I was b/f! I was blessed (or cursed) with production overload - could've fed every baby in the county - so tbh when I'd wake up stuck to the sheets and soaking the last thing
I wanted was to be groped!

hmmm not sure about annoying voice but I am from birmingham so some people might disagree
