I am a bit anal about tidiness, so I only ever let it slip for a day or so.

Having my lunch on here, or will be in a minute.

managed to get the shopping away and one load of laundry in the dryer and one lot in the washer before dd3 screamed for boob.

ok i've put away thousands of pairs of socks - but why are there always loads of odd ones?? and put load of washing in and load of washing in dryer
I've got some work, as in paperwork, to do now [groan] but I'll be back after school time for more encourage please.

WHOO-HOO-Living room can be seen again.All toys,clothes ironing piles upstairs,floor hoovered,1st load of washing on.
Off to move piles off stuff out of the hall now.

I can see some floor in the hole under the stairs now !

i had to stop to pick dd and her friend up from school

i got pretty much everything i needed to get done.
all that is left is guinea pig cleaning HATE IT!

LOL tell him how very tired you are and you shoudl get at least a bath and a cuppa out of it!!

Now the trick is to stay on top of it

With my lot I play a game called Erase the Evidence. You have to be like a robot and when you leave a room you have to get rid of any evidence of your presence so no one would ever know you had been there!

I find myself walking round with a robotic voice saying ERASE THE EVIDENCE

I like the 'erasing the evidence' idea.

Ds is 8 today and had a sleepover last night. So must clean, cook etc. etc.

just turned around to find my 6 yr old picking up baby toys! when asked what she was doing she said the place is a mess im cleaning up (so obv not as tidy as id thought! ooops, maybe ive got an ocd child) now shes taking all the cushions of the sofa and plumping them lol i must make her stop and watch some tv or something!

the place was pretty tidy as i have been really trying to keep on top of it since OFSTED came round last week, so today i washed up, emptied dishwasher, wiped sides and table, put a load of washing on, made the bed, picked up general mess and hoovered some tissue that was in tiny pieces across my bedroom floor (thanks for that dd1) erm thats about it. i've also made some bottles and emptied the bins
