probably over priced.
But the nicest children's clothes I've seen. I have stocked up in the sale accordingly.

zippimistletoes · 15/12/2005 19:09

i thought that had a look today and thought expensive and not incredibly exciting

boden is good quality stuff.
thats all.

Glitterygook · 15/12/2005 19:14

Some things are overpriced, especially womens (but there are only ever 1 or 2 things I like anyway)

Great for boys though I think, and not too overpriced. Tops/t-shirts are not majorly expensive and they are excellent quality, wash well and, apparently, you can hand them down through the family (bonus if you have 3 boys!). £14 or so for a long sleeved top is Ok I think - a child's Ted Baker t-shirt or similar is around £20 and the quality is probably shite.

WigWamBam · 15/12/2005 19:15

Definitely a pile of over-priced, over-hyped poo.

zippimistletoes · 15/12/2005 19:16

of course I've been impressed by the toddler clothes at asda for price and quality so shouldn't have answered thois really

bosscatsroastingonanopenfire · 15/12/2005 19:19

love the boys stuff, washes really well and lasts for ages. hit and miss with ladies I've found. some things I love, bought a really nice silky crinkle skirt which cost a million quid but I can see me wearing it in years to come, but bought some wrap over tops which keep riding up to my middle and look really unflattering. bought an M and S one for about £2.50 and its much better.

Tortington · 15/12/2005 19:27

yep middle class b0llcks

hana · 15/12/2005 19:28

some nice girls things in sale long sleeve tshirts for only 6£

hunkermunker · 15/12/2005 19:28

We're Boden-free. DS has jumpers people think are expensive (because I'm so classy) but are from Tesco

Roobietherednosedreindeer · 15/12/2005 19:29

nope, I like it and don't care!

MistleToo · 15/12/2005 19:29

Enideepmidwinter · 15/12/2005 19:49

the kids clothes are, I am afraid, unsurpassed in terms of quality and wear

adults clothes don't fit me and are a bit pants anyway

TheFish · 15/12/2005 19:50

yes adults too many cardigans circa 1995

MistleToo · 15/12/2005 19:50

dg's have some Boden tops must say they're rather nice and good quality

Pinotmum · 15/12/2005 19:55

My children have some items from last year's sale and I have bought more today. It is good quality and washes well and at sale prices good value. I don't wear it but have 1 wrap over dress which is lovely and I have only worn it once

Epiffany · 15/12/2005 19:57

I need to sell things on afterwards
Boden sells astronomically well
If it didn't I'd not buy it. Well only one or two things.
DD has the dalmation wellies
She likes to scan the catlogue while on the toilet (she's 3) slyly mentioning mummy this one please....
How can I refuse that cherubic little face
