i just got mine a book , a dvd and tools he wanted. i was going to get him a nice bottle of brandy or something too.

Where do you get a yard of Jaffa cakes, my DH would do ANYTHING for one of them!

which, when written out, is a lot more than I thought or planned to buy him! gosh

We decided budget goes on kids, we will just enjoy the day, so had to promise not to get eachother anything.

He's just had 40th though so got a bit spoilt then.

A DKNY watch, a few books, DVD and some cherry liquers.

Oh and a Nadine (Girls Aloud) Barbie Doll - well, he fancies her and was joking about finding her in his stocking so I've called his bluff

He bought himself a ski jacket and is going skiing in January. We are skint so that will have to do!

What could I get him taht wouldn't cost much?

2 t-shirts, a shirt, wallet, 2 dvds, tons of chocs and sweets, socks, underwear, remote control cars, penknife thingy

new shorts, baseball cap, cd, set top digital box.

stocking - chocs, toblerone, boxers, socks, vest

Nowt - we don't do presents for each other. What's the point? It all comes out the same pot!

He gets the best present in the world evry day - me!

A pair of CAT boots, dressing gown, washbag full of stuff, ozzy osbourne cd, oasis cd... i think that's it...! I also got him an mp3 player and new wallet but then remembered it's his birthday on jan 8th so kept those out for b'day instead!
