Going to buy a Pregnancy test - fingers crossed for a negative pls!!!!

Post on another thread about being over emotional etc and a few people suggested i was pregnant which has made me panic

reasons I cant be -

cause we use condoms
cause i dont have regular periods (had one at the beginning of November though for some strange reason - dont usually get more than 3 a yr!)
cause i cant afford to be!
cause i dont want another baby
cause i dont feel sick
cause im losing weight not putting it on

reasons i could be -

cause its bloody typical of my luck!

I know im not pg but am going to set my mind at rest!

We were trying earlier in the year but i had 2 miscarraiges and we decided to stop trying, since them ive decided i like having a nights sleep, not having to sterilise things, being able to go out, and I am also half way through a college course. No way do i want to be pregnant at the moment.

Fingers crossed!!!!

She's saying its faulty coz she said if it was Negative she would still worry... in case it was faulty! She's a numpty.... its negative!

Its a predictor test, theres no pink circle but a pink line right across the bottom like this --- and its meant to be a circle in the middle so the pink stuff obviously hasnt cleared properly at the bottom

Im taking it as a negative! wooohoooooo

(and please no one tell me otherwise cause i'll cry lol)

celebrating with alcahol and soft eggs and all the stuff your not allowed if your pregnant lol

and going on the pill as well as condoms ASAP!

Noooooo its negative cause its supposed to be a cirle in the middle of the box and its not its a line across the bottom of the box which means that it just hasnt cleared properly - right??? (say im right!!!!!!)

I cant do another one cause i am all wee'd out lol

If it hasn't worked properly you have to do another one to be sure, otherwise you'll just worry yourself sick.

erm the control window is faded to nothing too - i dont think its supposed to do that - i dont think its worked!!!!!

collect wee in a jug then you'll have plenty left for another test and you don't get wee on your fingers!!!

Have you looked at the instructions it will show you an image of what will happen if the test does not work, does work so on and so on ?

Good job i bought 3 tests!

Am laughing about it cause i doubt im pregnant but if i was id stop laughing pretty quickly!

3 kids under 4 - no thank you!!

Will test again first thing in the morning.

lol im just as bad, but if i did that i would convince myself that it was negative because id dialuted the wee or something silly like that!

Even when it shows up negative im going to be thinking ive tested to early!

I cant win lol

I cant be pregnant! (unless dh 'leaks' before he puts the condom on but i dont think thats very likely!)

And use those clearblue digital ones - no worries about fading pink or blue lines lines there. Will just come up in a little screen for you - 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant' Fingers crossed....

Tamba - men can and do leak before they ejaculate. Hope you're not pregnant if that's what you want - but belt and braces in future!

woooohoooo it was negative!!! [relived emotion]

was so desperate for a wee when i woke up i was jumping up and down whilst trying to open the test but it was a really clear Negative!!

I knew i wasnt pregnant but that little what if kept teasing me wasted 15 quid but at least when im out tonight i can drink without worrying

keep getting stomach pains though so maybe im due on and thats whats made me emotional and tired? I dont have regular periods though so maybe my body is sorting itself out, i need to learn to read the signs!
