Ok, so I'm dreaming of Christmas...
We need to get some new lights this year but can't decide which ones.

So, do you have white or coloured, static or twinkling? Or something else even better?

the only outdoor lights I like are multicoloured normal bulbs in a tree, like they used to have

Everything else is too 'nineties' for my liking

JenumGeranium · 03/11/2005 09:33

oh sorry

They are the only lights I like outside a house

filmed a bloke once who used to start installing his outdoor mas display mid-august, wiring things onto the roof, cables everywhere etc

he was an electrician who worked 6 days a week - every Sunday was dedicated to the display - bet his wife was pleased.

he was a little bit weird...

white static and, um, ice-blue LEDs (DH likes a Manly Tree)

we've got the Multi one with 8 different settings and a faint tune with it too (its the coloured one and about 20 foot long without getting tangled up in it)
