whats the worst thing you have done lately

the other day i was making gloop for the kids i look after we made it a nice pink colour but the older 1 said i want it purple so i thought thats easy enough just add some blue food colouring. i told them not to touch it till i got a spoon to mix it in with but they did and had blue colouring up to their elbows. i tried everything to get it off but nothing worked so i grabed some domestos diluted it in water and used that. it was great got it off no probs then i made them wash their hands really well with nice smelling soap to get rid of the smell.

was gonna change my name but couldnt be bothered but feel free to change your and confess all

Actually I am not proud of this one. My 3 yr old dd has been telling me repeatedly that Douglas at Day Nursery doesn't like her...and it has been getting to me on her behalf...if that makes sense?.... I've really grown to dislike 3 yr old Douglas!

Today I snapped and said - "...don't worry about him sweetheart, he's a worthless smuck and he has ginger hair so probably won't have any girlfriends when he is older"

Like I said, I'm ashamed of that one. Didn't cover myself in glory did I..... With apologies to anyone with red hair - what I said was just a knee jerk common prejudice [beating myself up emoticon]

He does sound like a little shit though.

I cut ds's fingernails with the clippers this evening. And I managed to cut not one of his fingers, but two

Didn't realise about the second one until after I had put him to bed, and there was blood on his sheet
