I am sure this has probably been asked before, but I am a new girl here and felt like being nosy!

My pet hates are to name a few -

rudeness
using mobile while driving
litterbugs

I'm sure there are more but cant think at the mo!

people who are rude & horrible to teenagers just because they are teenagers... witnessed someone be incredibly rude to my dd on the bus today

fullmoonfiend · 29/10/2005 20:01

Unpunctuality. And unreliability. I'm very anal about that. It really pisses me off when people are going to be late and don't tell you, or let you down without telling you. In an era of mobiles, emails etc there is no excuse. Don't get me started....!!

Competitive people bug the s*&t out of me - they see themselves as 'driven'. I see dullness.

People with no personal responsibility.

People who are abusive in relationships.

merryberry · 29/10/2005 20:20

people smoking anywhere (and i mean anywhere) when they haven't got the explicit agreement of everyone passing or by them to filth up the area.

and i'm a long time addicted smoker, currently not smoking and wishing i was every day.

Donbean · 29/10/2005 20:23

dropping litter

selfish/self obsessed/vain people

people who have no concept of any one else in this world

people who stop dead or slow down in front of you when walking along.

dog pooh.....CAPITAL PUNISHMENT SHOULD
BE BROUGHT BACK FOR DOG OWNERS WHO LEAVE DOG SHIT ANYWHERE

When you are taliking to some one who you know isnt listening to a word you are saying...then interupt to tell you about themselves.

people who dawdle in the door ways of shops holding up the whole world wanting to either enter or leave the place.

SenoraPostrophe · 29/10/2005 20:25

how is not having a mobile phone attention seeking behaviour? I would not have one if I could get away with it (it is uncharged most of the time anyway) but it is rather the opposite of attention seeking.

Pinotmum · 29/10/2005 20:27

People who talk about their pets on an equal par with children e.g my dd loves the park - oh so does Fido. People who put their dogs out in the garden at 4 am in the morning and leave them out there barking. Thanks but if I wanted a dog as an alarm clock I'd buy one mate!!!! People who ignore everyone elses kids apart from their own precious gems.

buffytheharpsichordcarrier · 29/10/2005 20:28

sorry Senora was being flippant...
(as usual)

People who walk into my pushchair and then give me a dirty look. I have been successful in teaching myself not to say "sorry" automatically.

doormat · 29/10/2005 20:55

people who fart and dont own up to them

SenoraPostrophe · 29/10/2005 20:55

fundamentalist anything .

people who drive like other people don't exist (v common round here). In particular, mopedists who push in at the lights and then dawdle around.

JenumGeranium · 29/10/2005 21:05

Oh I always own up to my own farts!

I'm usually very proud of em!
