There was a stunning thread on the beliefs of scientologists. It turn out that when they get to higher levels they believe the most amazing things, one thought he had been killed in a previous life by a martian bishop driving a steam roller. Another thought he had been an intergalactic walrus that died falling out of a space ship.

It was too good to pass up on, and someone beat me to intergalactic walrus.

I've been thinking about changing my name for a bit to help maintain some shreads of privacy between mn/ rl.
