I have managed to upload some pictures of the new house - all inside; forgot to do outside one! There are lots of DD's room!

The clock was in John Lewis. We have the porincess one, but you can get lots of others - ballerinas, fairy, footballers, robot, etc. Was about £15 IIRR.

when did you move in Hula? how many rooms? sizes or particulars even - i LOVE houses!

We moved in on Friday last week - so been in almost a week now Gone so fast!

Not sure where brochure is for sizes...

Ground floor

• garage
• good size lobby
• cloakroom
• utility room
• garden room or study

First Floor

• ktichen/breakfast room
• L shaped, good size livingroom/diner

Second floor

• master bed with ensuite shower oom
• bed 2 (D's) which is officially a double with built in wardrobe
• bed 3 with can just fit a double in width ways (have sofa bed n ther)
• main bathroom

ok I am sorry to be horrid but what does a breakfast room mean?

£485,000 for that you can get a whole estate up here for that, and I mean country estate not council .

breakfast room - normally an off shot from kitchen where there is enough room to put a little table (not full size dining table) - big enoiugh for breakfast I guess. Not 100% sure; that's how they are described on eststae agents jargon!

skinnycow - ours is similar to this one for sizes, etc.

The townhouses are only at end of the site as the rules for building chnaged since it started. Most of the eststae are of the really big detached house style. Some are huge!!! And so expensive.

when is all your other stuff coming out of storage hula?

LOL Fio - that's the lot. Infact there is more there than at the past place as we bought a few bits of furniture, lights, etc to move with. We moved from a 2 bed apartment with NO storage, hence no "stuff". No doubt that will now change.

I was thinking the same as Fio - very minimalist!! Was glad to see the laundry basket in the kitchen cos I was afraid you didn't actually live there! Love Mollie's room - specially the doll's bed right near hers

Laundry basket is in utility - I no longer have to haveit in kitchen; it's lovely having it all out the way

No worries gingerbear and all is tidy again now :D DD had a lovely time (as did I) even though she got a bit tired and grumpy at the end! Too much fun I think. And she did manage to leave lovely muddy footprints on the carpet in the lobby. Grr!
