Dh has just won these and thinks it's a bit suspicious. When he clicked on the 15 bids it looks like someone has been bidding to push the price the up as the same person(mauricio pizzaro) bidding has the identical cufflinks up here .

damn I'm supposed to be "writing" (well I have to write it all out otherwise I lose the plot and forget what I'm saying) a short presentation to give in church tomorrow at the Harvest Festival to encourage people to sponsor a child.

I've got a fab booklet to help me......but I keep getting distracted.....also terrified as I've got a phobia about talking to groups of people (don't mind 'chatter' but actually "talking" - or reading the bible, etc etc - get me cr*pping myself).

I don't have to do it, but I sooo want to , as it's something I feel very passionately about, and I know that if I don't just "take the plunge" I'll never do it.

Dh e-mailed e-bay yesterday morning to inform them. Does anyone know how long they take to reply?

It's strange that the complete set of photos for both sets of cufflinks are identical isn't it?

Yes, it must be a scam. The thing that worries me is that other people won't realise what these two are doing & will be paying top wack.

Also Dh is refusing to pay until it's investigated but if it takes them a few days to reply the seller will want to know why we haven't paid.

Would you contact the seller directly or leave it for e-bay to sort out?
