This had probably been covered before but after watching as good as it gets last night(for millionth time) I wondered who everyone else thought was a complete God in Movie/TV land.

Obviously mine is Jack Nicholson. (DP thinks I am potty!!) His is Grace Kelly.

ThomCat · 13/08/2003 16:33

So uou want Jack Nicholson to whip your knoickers off??? I ask again - have you seen 'About Schmidt'??!!
Right so I was wrong Northener and tom Selleck should be on here and I should take off Tom Hanks (ugghh) and Cate blanchett (I mean she's nice but I don't feel that way about her!)and I'll add Brad Pitt.
Doormat - Kathy Burke and kathy Bates both amazing women but I don't think either of us want them to rip our knickers off do we???

codswallop · 13/08/2003 16:34

thomacat are you a brummie with your knoickers?

Boe · 13/08/2003 16:38

Well - some of you guys might like a woman to whip your knickers off - I was being PC!!

Have not seen about Schmidt - just in case you ask again.

And would love Jack Nicholson to whip my pants off.

Can you imagine how much Tom's moustache would tickle

ThomCat · 13/08/2003 16:41

Well you should have answered the 1st time!!!
I was going to send you a copy but don't think I like your tone young lady!! He looks about 95 in it but he'd still pull half the female population!

Boe · 13/08/2003 16:42

How come you have a copy - are you an old lady then????

He just looks complete filth!!

OP posts:
ThomCat · 13/08/2003 16:44

What?! Why would I be an old lady for having a copy of the newly released 'About Schmidt' you mad woman???!!!!!!

Boe · 13/08/2003 16:46

No you just called me young lady???

Hold them horses!!

OP posts:
ThomCat · 13/08/2003 16:50

Oh I see!
Don't worry, no horses need holding, it was all being chated about over here in the nicest possible way, I was finding it all most amusing and having a very nice, silly time, hence the mad woman comment!! I guess that's why smiley faces are so important so people know your smiling as you type and just having a laugh?

princesspeahead · 13/08/2003 16:54

Ladies, ladies, look at that photo again! Have you all missed something? That TACHE! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO you can't all fancy Tom the Tache.

Mind you if he shaved he'd be OK

ThomCat · 13/08/2003 16:56

Yeah, but I HATE facial hair but he's still good-looking! I know it's mad but if he lost the tash I think he'd lose the appeal! OMG - can't believe i'm having this conversation!

SoupDragon · 13/08/2003 17:03

The tash is seriously awful.

ThomCat · 13/08/2003 17:09

Codswallop - LOL - no just a rubbish typist!
I just bosh the posts out and then look up and cringe at my mistakes! Where's spell check when I need it?

lou33 · 13/08/2003 17:12

ThomCat · 13/08/2003 17:14

It's agreat film isn't it. Have you seen 'Straight Story' too Lou, Similar kind of film and just as brilliant if not better. Sounds mad but it's about the old guy who travels miles across the States on a lawnmower to see his dying brother!!

lou33 · 13/08/2003 17:25

I have heard of it but not seen it yet. Did you see Jack in The Pledge? Another great film.

ThomCat · 13/08/2003 17:26

ohh no I didn't and I've never seen him in a bad film yet, or have I?

TerriB · 13/08/2003 17:26

Are we talking about actors we fancy or actors we think are great at what they do? If we are talking about actors we fancy then KEIFER SUTHERLAND, (sorry had to be in caps!!), David Duchovney, Brad Pitt, Antonio Banderas. Oooh and I know these aren't actors but Thierry Henry and the body (but not the face) of Paulo Di Canio!!

eidsvold · 13/08/2003 18:26

get sky and you can watch magnum every day on plus at 4pm !! ( yeh sadme - like watching 80's shows!!)

nursie · 13/08/2003 19:22

You can also watch Macgyver ( Richard Dean Anderson, yum ) on Sky.
You may be reminded how terrible the acting and the scripts were, but he's nice to look at.

taboo · 14/08/2003 04:43

I would've agreed with you a few years ago Rhubarb, but I think he's a bit 'past it' now. Sorry I couldn't imagine getting in the sack with Jack Nicolson either.

Anyway mine are Orlando Bloom, Brad Pitt, Heath Ledger, Hugh Jackman. And I saw Robert Redford in The Way We Were a few months ago - he was so gorgeous when he was younger. Definitely hot, hot, hot.

And I hate to say this (I know he's not an actor but he's famous), but I actually think David Beckham's pretty hot.

eidsvold · 14/08/2003 07:57

oh I think Robert Redford is amazing now - and Paul Newman....
