I live in the south-east at the mo, but getting very bored and fed up with it

DH and I love Cornwall, I have rellies there and really seriously thinking of moving.

What are St. Austell, Truro and St Ives? Been to these places many times as a holiday maker, but what are they like as a place to live? I have 3 sons who are 6 and under at the moment so need to have that in mind too.

Thanks guys!

Hi Coathanger, I am hopefully in the process of moving to Cornwall. I have been looking at both Cornwall and Devon but I prefer Cornwall - Truro - its lovely. I live in ruralish wales now so don't think it will be much of a culture shock for me. The primary schools in Truro seem to be really good by the results tables, I hope to go back down in 2 weeks to have a look at them in person.
I didn't make it to St Austell, and ST Ives was absolutely packed iwth tourists, wouldn't want to live in the middle of that.
