its £5 deposit each. must confess havent sent it yet. was waiting for some people to drop out actually - but seems that no one is!

no its not too late. you must be absolutley certain.

i admit to a certain panic that 20 people wont show or tell me a week before and then i wont get a large deposit back. so think i will put a deadline of end of the month for sorting yourselves out. then will ask for the £5 deposit if you cancel - think thats fair. will start another thread to say this i think.

I for one would quite happily pay you the deposit now, I think you should do it, as it will sort the wheat from the chaff. IYKWIM
