To move or not to move

My son is 6.
we currently live in a shared ownership flat in south east London. Lots of space (3 beds, 2 bathroom). We went to staircase to 100% and realised although it might be tight, we could move out a bit more to Kent and get a 2/3 bed house.
We really want a house suppose we miss the garden in the summer, and to be a stereotypical family.
Locally we have both our parents. My in laws help once a week with school collection but that is it.
I am a nurse but have an office based role where I work from home 2/3 days a week.
id drive my son to his current school until the end of year 2 (next summer) then move him to the new location.

Do we move or stay put? I am so torn or is it cold feet?

I think I’d be staying near my support network while DC is still young.

and stay in a shared ownership flat? We cannot afford anything else in the local area?

Do you need to move? Shared ownership flats aren't selling the best in London at the minute and I often read countless stories about them been significantly undervalued on a RICs survey meaning people can't move anyway

We’ve actually put it on the market and have sold within a week! That’s the dilemma!
