Did anyone else worry about his family before the news?

Was anyone else really worried about Jason Arday's family before the recent news? I've known people like him and he had all the red flags for someone who may turn abusive when his narrative is challenged. Nobody seems to have mentioned this in the news. Obviously it turned out differently and he only hurt himself. I hope his family can recover from this now.

Yes, I worried about it. I'm an American retired academic, and I've been following the Arday story without much sympathy for him but with a great deal of sympathy for his wife and children. What must have looked like a reliable income stream has disappeared, and the donations made since his death will not provide them with years worth of security.
