I'm a relative nursery novice (6m months), so looking for some advice. For the last few weeks we've been giving the nursery cloth nappies to use instead of disposables as previously. This week my ds has come home missing one nappy. I phoned to check whether it still happened to be lying around in a corner somewhere and am waiting to hear back! I'm pretty sure though that they've chucked it out by accident. They cost £17.50 each(+ P&P), so not insignificant. I don't really have any nappies to spare and may well have to buy another one. Do you think I should be asking / expecting the nursery to pay all / some of the cost? I don't want to sour relations between us. Or should I just acknowledge it as a mistake and let it lie? What is reasonable?
