Nursery packed lunch

Hi all,
My 13 month old recently started 3 days a week at nursery, 8.00 until 5.30. Unfortunately the nursery do not offer hot meals, so we need to do daily pack lunches. So that's lunch, dinner and 2 snacks.
Firstly, my gosh I find this hard work! 😂
Secondly, does anyone have any good suggestions on packed lunches for 13 month olds? I tend to send her in with one pre made pouch meal, and then one meal of left overs (e.g. tomo is sweet potato mash, tuna, veggie rice and avo). I tend to batch cook/freeze things like banana oat bars, carrot cake muffins, sweetcorn pancakes etc. And I can whip these out the night before. Does anyone have any good suggestions on things like that?
One little gripe, nursery asked me today if I can bring in more options for her, as she refused her pasta. No, not really! A lot of the food she doesn't eat and gets thrown away, plus I just don't have the time and energy to think up even more options for her?! Is it me or is that a bit much to ask?
Thanks mumsnetters

Does she eat sandwiches?
Presumably the leftovers are eaten cold? Or is the nursery reheating?

This sounds like hard work! Baked potato beans and cheese heated up, cut up and put in a thermos flask?

Soup is a good one, heat up in the morning then pop in a thermos flask.

Also pin wheels have always been a hit with my daughter, she started nursery aged 8 months and still loves them now at 2.5! I make a batch and freeze then just take 2 out the night before I intend to give them to her.

Sometimes I just do a picky lunch so things like chicken bites, cheese, crackers, fruit, yogurt etc.
