Does anyone know anything about this? We have been given a form to see if we want 23 month ds to take part for 11 sessions costing £40 on top of nursery fees. Is it just kicking a ball around for half an hour? Why the extra cost or is it a national thing?

Dd (just 3) has been doing this at nursery for a year or so now (but we haven't been asked to pay any extra - not yet, anyway). They seem to focus on a different sport for 2/3 weeks and have done cricket, hockey, basketball amongst others. This week was circus skills! They all seem to really enjoy it, dd jumps up and own with excitement when she realises it's Tots and Sports' day. I think I would definitely pay an extra £4 a week.

thanks. I just wondered if ds might be a bit young as it says ages 18 months to 5 and wondered if he'll be expected to play footie with 5 year olds!!
