Would you trust this free NHS Right to Choose checker? Honest feedback wanted

I work on a small UK website and would honestly value Mumsnet's feedback on the free parts of it.

If you are on an NHS waiting list for an adult ADHD or autism assessment in England (lots of us end up on one while sorting out our kids' referrals), you may be able to use a legal right called Right to Choose to be referred to a different provider. We built a free postcode checker that shows what your local NHS area (ICB) actually says about Right to Choose for adult assessments, with links to the source documents so you can verify everything yourself:

We also publish free guides on DLA for children with ADHD or autism, and free analysis of DWP's own PIP statistics showing how award rates vary by postcode and condition.

Full disclosure: the site also sells paid letter templates, which is how it stays running. Nothing linked above asks you to pay or sign up. I am posting through Mumsnet's non-member route because I am not a member and did not want to pretend otherwise.

What I would love to know: is the checker clear, is anything confusing or missing, and would you trust it? Blunt answers welcome.
