Hi everyone,

I am a researcher at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, and we are currently working on a research project called The Futures of Learning. The aim of the research is to understand how educators, school leaders, parents, and learners anticipate the future of learning.

We are currently inviting parents, educator, and school leaders to take part in two activities:

Activity 1 - Share their views on how likely and impactful they think a set of disruptors (signals of change) will be on learners and learning in the future: https://www.menti.com/aldjgjz1tyio

Activity 2 - Outline their positive vision of how the future might look for learners and learning: https://forms.office.com/e/EPPAVxaZAH

Both activities are online, should take no more than 10 minutes each to complete, and can be done on your own time.

Your input will help us understand what the preferred futures of learning might look like and work towards shaping a shared vision for the future of education.

More information about the activities and the research context can be found here: https://www.cambridgeassessment.org.uk/futuresoflearning

If you have any questions, please do contact me on [email protected].

With many thanks and best wishes,
Annaliese Micallef Grimaud

If I think something is highly unlikely to happen but if it happened the impact would be huge, should I rate impact as 5 (would be huge, if it happened) or 1 (unlikely to happen, therefore little impact)?

Hi, if you think something is unlikely to happen but the impact would be huge, impact should be rated as 5. Since you think something is highly unlikely, the likelihood scale would be rated very low (0 or 1 based on how unlikely you think it is). Thanks for participating in this study!
