Herniated disc help

Help please

her stayed disc in lower back. I am in sheer agony. Please wise mumsnetters what pillow can I use for my legs for back sleeping?

any other advise is welcome please

Get to a physiotherapist. I don’t have herniated discs but did or do have bulging discs. Do the exercises always. Lay in a nice deep bath to take pressure of if it’s a critical time. I had an MRI so know exactly the issues, assume you did . My friend had an op for a herniated disc but paid privately. I went down the route of minimal painkillers, apart from when I first had my accident. Be as slim as you can manage. I went from barely managing a few steps to managing up to almost 10 miles walking in 7 months.
