Fitbit help

Not sure this is even in the right place. Please advise if not.

My FItbit Versa 2 has a notification on the screen ‘unlock with iPhone’ I have tried everything and watched every YouTube video. Nothing works.

Does anyone know of a fix? It’s driving me insane!!!!

You could ask MN to move this thread. Or else just start a new thread basically asking the same question but chosing either Chat or Tech tips in the Topic section instead of 90 days only.
