Hi, I am a new member! Hi everyone, I suffer terribly with anxiety, and really struggle sometimes, I have catastrophic thoughts, and so need a break from my brain. My GP prescribed propranolol yesterday, and they have taken the edge of the physical symptoms.......... sorry I am so desperate x
