Overstimulated overwhelmed- high energy household?

Anyone have any ideas on tips to manage overstimulatation with sensory issues?

I have Autism and always had sensory issues, they are even more intense as I get older..(i thought the opposite was meant to happen)

My toddler has suspected SEN, my DH has ADHD. I have a really big sensitivity with noise, it triggers hempilegic migraines at times.
But the biggest overwhelm trigger is my DH, but i think it's due to his ADHD? Everything he does is loud, talking, walking, banging clanking. From the minute he's awake it's music blaring, shouting, stomping, reels on his phone going off simultaneously. I don't know how to manage it 24/7. I know it sounds like a little issue, but I feel my blood boiling, I can't think straight as if all the noise is making me feel disorientated. My LO with needs has meltdowns a lot, so add that in and I just end up having migraines. I cant even get 5 mins of quiet to gather my thoughts :( even at night he's then chatting loudly with friends movies on. If the kids are asleep I just have to have headphones on to drown it out.

I feel he can't help it and its just that he is always wired. When I broach it he gets defensive. How can I manage noise and stop it causing migraines?

Loop Switch earbuds. I never realised how much noise stress affects me.

I get it, 100%. I'd suggest negotiating and considering everyone's needs - can he wear headphones when watching loud reels, and limit loud conversations at night or have them outside of your earshot? You could try Loop earplugs. Can DH do some of the childcare, or taking kids out for a bit when you have a migraine? How are the kids managing the noise?
