Office work - reasonable adjustments

Hi if anyone does/has ever done office work can you help me compile a list of reasonable adjustments to potentially ask for, and if you've ever asked, how did that go?

Personally I'd like a space to go where no one can see me; to spin on my chair a lot; to be able to listen to music and 'dance' in my chair; flexible break, start and finish times; to not have to greet everyone in turn as I walk into the room; to not have to make eye contact unless I feel comfortable doing so... And yes I realise there are some of these I will have to do/not do in order to not annoy or upset others.

Or should I forget office work entirely and WFH/get a more active job where I can hide my issues better?

The flexible break and start finish times sound reasonable as long as the team can support it. As for a separate space, lots of bigger offices have a room for breastfeeding/wellbeing/quiet area available to use during the day. Would that work if you were able to occasionally go in somewhere like that for a break?

The problem with chair spinning/dancing is that it can be really distracting to other people around you, they're also not reasonable adjustments, they're just things you would like.

I have my own desk in a hot desk environment, and allowed to wear headphones and listen to music.
