Occupational Health assessment if not diagnosed

Have you had an Occupational Health assessment if not actually diagnosed with autism (particularly what used to be diagnosed as Asperger Syndrome)?

Was it useful at work?

Thanks 🙂

I know you are looking for people who have been assessed by an OT whilst having a diagnosis of autism. I live in the UK, London and in my borough you appear to see an OT for autism after you are diagnosed with the condition and with my teaam you needed to have level 2 needs or above as shown on ADOS test for steortyped and repetitive interests at sensory level 2 and over. That was the only use of the OT service management of sensory support. I find a bit hard to see that the NHS would refer for treatment for what you are not diagnosed with when they have long lists with people who are diagnosed.

It wouldn’t be through the NHS.

The OH assessment would be to help with work-related things only.
