Using fidgets in public

I have recently started using fidgets during Teams calls, and they are brilliant for helping me focus and keep my eyes on the screen.

I have a big meeting in person coming up. It will be at least 2 hours and I will be expected to contribute, as well as listen.

In the past I would have taken copious notes - gives me something to do with my hands, helps me focus and avoid eye contact. I can't take notes when I'm contributing though, as I can't concentrate on both!

Ideally, I would like to use a (small, silent) fidget in the meeting but I am worried how it will look.

Any suggestions?! The fidgets are brilliant but I fear that they are an odd look for a professional in their 40s!

I use a tangle toy and tell people that I'm autistic.

I might get a ring or a bracelet for events like job interviews and weddings.

At the bottom of this page, in "Similar threads", there's Chat threads where people recommend fidget rings.

Blue tack.
You can dig your nails in it, roll it around, and it's a stake office item
