Bra recommendations for sensory sensitivity issues with large norks

Stupid question alert!

Ive got sensory issues with my bras and its driving me (even more!) nuts at the moment. I have 32E norks which need strapping down firmly due to my active work.

Normally I wear a max control underwired sports bra as I cant handle any jiggle and they tend to have less lace or other scratchy elements. However, they do dig in and cause soreness underneath, or on my shoulders if they are firm enough.

Does anyone have any recommendations that I could try. I have a drawer full of bras I cant face putting on and dread the decision everyday.

Thanks alot

Molke! You may find their flexi-size option better based on what you've described, I like both depending on mood (but will not wear one at all if I can get away with it...)

Immediately thought of Molke when I saw the thread title! Molke bras are game changing!

Another vote for Molke! They do some plainer colours as well as their delightfully vivid patterns.

I'm a 36G and wear M&S's sports bra that zips up the front. Because there are no clips at the back, it's really wide and smooth (basically like a crop top). I now can't wear a normal bra because I'm so aware of the band, which is always much thinner than the sports bra.

It's also racerback style so the straps sit in a much nicer place on my shoulders and don't dig in.

Does it squash your boobs together or separate? I have sensory issues over boobs touching together.

Ah, they are pushed together so this isn't the bra for you 😩
