Dieting with ADHD

Find it so hard to diet, I'm so sensory seeking - and also find 1. meal planning/2. shopping for food (I mostly use Ocado because the interface is the easiest) and 3. cooking horrendous as I can usually only do 1 or 2 of the 3.

Its only me, so no children to cook for but no partner to help either.

Is there a simple diet meal plan I can buy?
I really need to lose weight because I've put on 2 stone this year (stress) and I'm so bloody busy all the time and absolutely knackered the rest of the time.

I can't do meal replacements because I hate that synthetic taste (perfectly happy with haribos though Hmm).

Has anyone seen anything that might help?
I hate app like my fitness pal because I just can't stick to using them.

Ps I don't take any meds (long story) so I just have accept who I can and work with it as best I can.

I was going to post a huge flippant post about just forget to eat (like me) but that's really not helpful. I have tried Hello fresh and they were awful so I went back to meal planning and Waitrose. A friend uses Cook, because the meals are calorie counted. But the only way I've found to consistently lose weight is to stop with the treats. I've subbed a fruit bowl, coffee and herbal tea for my treats. I work with my eating habits and I decided that I could eat crap but I had to eat the good stuff first. So I go for a piece of fruit of a herbal tea and then, sometimes a biscuit or something.

Not the same situation as I have binge eating disorder with my ADHD, and am on meds, but my psychiatrist has talked about the importance of eating every 2 hours to stop you getting to the point where you are ravenous and also walking (just back and forth in your house) after meals.

So, maybe try a handful of nuts for your snack and walking for 15-20 minutes after lunch and dinner.

Good luck! Flowers
