Anybody want to share any crafting pictures?

I finished my blanket. It's just squares, but I like the colours 😃

@Fuckitsstillraining wow..... That truly is amazing!! I'm a knitter but never got the hang of crochet.

Hi @Cleanbedlinen12 Oh, what sort of things do you make? I've had a good few days of finally taking and editing photos and writing some listings. I've only got about 14 different listings, but for me that's a big achievement.

I went to my GP last year and was initially fobbed off, but then I got a letter saying he'd referred me and some forms to complete, with a disclaimer on them saying my trust had a 2 year wait to even hear back from them, let alone get an appointment. I then heard about 'right to choose' which means you can be referred outside your trust as I understand it, so emailed the surgery asking about that. I then got an email from a private company called Psychiatry UK, with an appt for this May, which has just been brought forward to this week! It's funded by my trust, so hopefully you'll have some luck with either your trust being a bit less snowed under, or being amenable to referring you elsewhere. From reading this board some people have had to push to get referred, and it may take a while (even with the P-UK referral it'll have been about 8 months between my initial enquiry and actually seeing a psychiatrist) but perhaps search the threads on here for some tips on how to approach it. Best of luck!

Also, there are some online tests you can do to assess whether you're likely to have ADHD, I know posters have linked to them on other threads on this board @Cleanbedlinen12

I don’t spend much time crafting. Just decluttered a lot of materials I haven’t got around to using.
I feel quite guilty taking time for fun things when I’m just over run with stuff that I’m supposed to be doing.

That's a shame @deeplyrooted I hope that your workload decreases at some point soon and you're able to find time for crafting. If you find it helps you relax, or has some other positive benefit that is! I could probably open a shop if I decluttered all the craft stuff I'm not actually using right now!

crochet.

much easier than knitting as it is more forgiving on the tension.

dd is teaching herself to knit.
