Need the understand being NT

I've suspected I'm autistic for a year or two. I understand my characteristics and accept who I am mainly. But I feel like I've got to point where I've done enough research on being autistic and need to do research on being NT. Like ND traits are described in comparison to being NT but I'd like to read about it the other way round.

I'm struggling to explain what I mean. Like there's so much stuff that I do that I wonder do NTs do this rather than do NDs do this.

Does this make any sense at all?

Right now I just want an assessment to stop all this over thinking!!

I'm guessing you have taken the usual online tests?

Yes many of them. I always come just within the autism line.

CBBC do a good video comparing how people hear sounds using a mixer board thingy. It was eye opening.

I think I know what you mean.

A few years ago I came across a YouTube video where a woman with asd was describing NTs from her perspective (flighty, distractible, always chasing the latest trend, not as good at focusing on a problem for years at a time, insisting on making eye contact, etc)

I can’t find it now, but at the time it really woke me up to the fact that the narrative is skewed

Oh yes, I would be really interested to read/ see this. It is always interesting how people see the world differently.
