Playlist for pounding the pavement with the buggy?

I really need to walk some miles before I go back to work to shift the baby weight, so need a good uplifting playlist to keep me going.

I'd really appreciate song suggestions for a playlist - I usually just listen to albums, and I'm sure the filler tracks slow me down .

I like all sorts of music really - atm liking Duffy, Kings of Leon etc but love cheesy pop too. Dolly's 9-5 needs to be on the list!

Need to go and sort out the kitchen but will be back later. Thanks!

Pointer Sisters - Jump is my fave ever song.

Fedde Le Grand - Put Your Hands Up

Those Booty Luv songs from a couple of years ago were good...

Can't think of any more [mush brain]

The Spice Girls and Girls Aloud. I feel most sad to admit it, but i love the upbeatness of it. Normally I'm an REM kind of girl/

neenztwinz · 23/01/2009 22:13

Well of course Spice Girls and Girls Aloud! Who Do You Think You Are - can;t beat it.

mckenzie · 23/01/2009 22:16

Bob Seger's greatest hits. There are a few slower tracks on there but youc an use those as your 'rest' period after you have pounded to the upbeat ones (I use it if I have to do a treadmill run).
Also, I worked out today to Abba's Gold album - it was great!

littlelamb · 23/01/2009 22:17

Scissor Sisters!

spongebrainbigpants · 24/01/2009 10:02

Jump by Girls Aloud definitely!

Walking on Sunshine, Katrina and the Waves

Meatloaf (I know, but I love him !)

Fleetwood Mac do some banging tunes!

I'll try and think of more .
