Google has not been much help I'm wondering if anyone here can give me some suggestions or advice.

What is the solution to changing your underwear when due to pain and mobility you can't bend to change them easily? I've found male boxers that button down the side but nothing for women available in the uk. Buttons would be better than what I'm dealing with now but I'm loosing dexterity in my hand so not sure how long such a solution would work.

Period pants would be the absolute best really. I'm not really incontinent but have the occasional accident so rather than wear pads all the time I usually don't need I prefer to wear period pants and just change my underwear if I need.

Any and all advice on this or anything else people with similar problems have found helpful would be so appreciated! Bras is another one. I go without or ask my dd to help but I draw the line asking her to help change my pants

Which part do you struggle with? I use a 'pick up stick' sometimes to pull them off and to pull new ones on - do you have a pick up stick? Like a litter picker!

Late to the thread. Primark do adaptive knickers. Velcro and magnets.
I wear stretchy bras at home and non posh. I am a 38J. Amazon. £6 each.
Posh days I still wear proper bras but a size bigger around the back helps with swelling and spinning it around.
