Pip help - change of circumstances

Hello

I wonder if anyone has any experience of DWP when changing circumstances. My DC gets PIP awarded via appeal (before it got to actual tribunal). Award to be reviewed in around five years. Since then, child has moved out from us to their own accommodation, heavily supported by us. They get ten points for communication needs as cannot do any paperwork and also needs help and support in unfamiliar situations/people - they need the world interpreting for them. They appear as not being disabled but have diagnosed 5 ND conditions.
We had 2 points awarded for meal prep. They can now prep simple meals (the same ones but hey). I need to tell dwp re the change of address, although paperwork will still come to our house - or are they actually bothered. Should I also mention the meal prep even though it doesn't change the award.
Part of child being able to live independently (something they have always wanted), even if still very much supported - we can't move out of current area because they still need our support) is from the PIP payment. If I change address and change circumstances re meals, is this likely to trigger some sort of reconsideration process or review process?
Also, in all the paperwork they send me they state that they believe I am acting for child (PIP is paid into their bank account and is managed by them) but I've just been through the file and cannot find a letter saying that I am his appointee. A long time ago, he and I had an interview at our house and the appointee word was used by the interviewer. I remember them questioning him regarding was he happy with me handling the DLA money ( he was 16 ish). I am now worrying that I am not his formal appointee but they do keep referring to me as that in all the paperwork.
Ahhhhhhhhh. Just having anxiety about this as what I don't want is to have vulnerable child who earns very minimum wage put into any situation where they are suddenly culpable for something due to me being a bit shit.

Unnecessary to state the meal prep but vital to report the change of address. When they find this out, and they will, they might have to backdate any payments they were not entitled to

Thank you @Yahyahs22 Why would changing address affect the award? The only reason they get pip is for communication which we still do and handle all the things regarding the property via me. They have always been independent in washing, household stuff, shopping, and self care (apart from medical appointments- just incapble of sorting out their chronic hayfever). Mental health has improved since no more school. They were supported by social services at work until recently.

I'm not sure, every claim is different. But it is very important you put the new address.
