Any experience of getting a diagnosis in Scotland?

I've just had an epiphany when reading about all this. A few days ago I'd have thought it was a ridiculous idea that I may be autistic. I have taken a couple of online tests and attached a screenshot of the results from one. I'm in Scotland, and would be interested to hear from anyone with experience of getting a diagnosis here. I've seen on other threads that people have been assessed through charities as well as privately and through the NHS. I'm at the stage of initial realisation and may be slightly obsessing over this. As an aside, some of the internet sites I've found are a bit worrying - I thought one was really interesting and didn't ages reading their list of traits for females, then came across a lot of woo nonsense about psychic abilities. HmmConfused

I'm in the process of getting diagnosed. Went to the GP with a printout of one of those screening tests and my answers with comments. She scanned it over to refer me and I have my first appointment this month. This is Lothian NHS and I think I saw the dr in November - so actually quite quick, especially when you take Christmas and New Year into account.
