Anyone else with Dyspraxia?

I've only known 'officially' that I'm Dyspraxic for a couple of years. I'm now in my early 40s. I had suspected there was something. I haven't bothered telling people apart from DH in 'real life' as it seems a bit pointless.
Since having DD2 2 years ago I'm finding life increasingly exhausting. She doesn't sleep through so that's a bit of it but I'm really struggling with all the organising and remembering and generally being 'on top of everthing' now. It's so exhausting it gets me down a bit.
I suppose what I'm asking is how do others manage their lives with the added challenge of Dyspraxia or a similar learning difficulty.

I'm dyspraxic too. It is not easy. I use my phone a lot to organise. What sort of problems were you thinking of? Maybe we can help each other. DS is only just beginning to sleep through and the extra rest is making a huge difference to me.

Thanks for replying.
My main problem is 'mis-organising' things. I never seem to be prepared enough. I sometimes miss important details. Chaos is usually the word!
My brain can't seem to retrieve useful information except in the vaguest form.
I get easily overwhelmed by unfamiliar tasks and struggle with breaking them down and deciding upon the best sequence to approach them in.
I'm always losing things.
My concentration is awful!
The constant broken sleep is a real problem. I'm thinking of taking a night off this week as I feel I really need it. It has been so long since I have been allowed to sleep through. However I feel guilty because my dh will have to deal with DD.
What sort of problems does the dyspraxia give you?

Filling out forms is a nightmare for me. I always miss things. And I totally get it about thinking things through. Plus I am always dropping or spilling things or bumping into things.

Some things do get better with more sleep; I have three children none of whom have inherited my dyspraxia, thank goodness and for the past 2 years since DS was born, l have done some utterly daft, disorganised things.

How old is DD? Because when they are babies and new toddlers, the worst time for sleep was when they were teething. Is this a possibility?

Oops, l see she's two. Told you that I miss thimgsWink.

Still, the back molars may be coming in and those are the worst.
