I know this was posted in Chat but thought I would post it here too.
Admittedly I don't shop in Asda much - the lights there are always too bright and they are usually too much for me and it also tends to be crowded - however I think this is a step in the right direction.
I sometimes have to use the disabled toilets because I can't stand the sound of hand dryers and there's often too much noise in public toilets. If I'm already stressed then all the noise might cause a meltdown so I use the disabled toilet and have got a few dirty looked before although nobody has said anything to me.
I think this is a great step forward and maybe now Asda is doing it then others will follow. I might get to a stage where I don't feel bad or judged for using the disabled facilities if I need to.
