Recovering from a bad bout of depression, also suffer from anxiety and am autistic.

Being organised helps but it takes very little to throw me out of kilter - tried to book clinic appointment at health centre but person who needs to process it off sick and nobody else seems able to. Now I don't feel able to get off the sofa let alone concentrate on work

Yep, I know that feeling! It takes alot to ring these people and if they say they will ring me back I am so stressed!

It seems like most people who tell me they will ring me back actually don't.

That confuses me. Why can't they just do what they've said they will do? Confused

Good point NYNT!

I nearly always ask to communicate with people by email, that way I dont have to speak to them and create a papertrail when I contact them!

I actually hate speaking on the phone and I always avoid it if I can. I mostly try to stick to e-mail or text.

I have to make a phone call at some point over the next few days and I'm dreading it.
