I've completed but it took me back to survey screen at the end-have you received it?

The survey seems to assume that everyone who answers will have a mortgage, car, and credit cards. This will mean that the answers to the first set of questions may well be misleading.

There is no option to say that you haven't shopped around for credit card/mortgage deals or downsized your car because you don't have those things in the first place rather than because you're not resourceful or able to multi-task.
