We've been asked to find out your views on day nurseries in the UK.
The survey is open to any UK MNer who has a child in a day nursery or who is considering using a day nursery (and has visited at least one).
By day nursery we mean private paid for nursery - (this could include national or regional chains as well as local nurseries) this does not include nursery schools attached to schools or pre school play groups.
Everyone who completes the survey and adds their details at the end will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will get a £200 Love2Shop voucher.
