Aldi have asked us to find out what's important to you when you're buying nappies for your baby/toddler.

This survey is open to all UK MNers who have at least one child who wears, or has worn disposable nappies in the last couple of years - of any make.

All those who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will receive a £200 Amazon voucher.

Please click here to take part in the survey.

Thanks and good luck with the prize draw!

MNHQ

Please note this survey is separate from the Aldi nappy product test, so if you are taking part in that please also fill in this survey. If you are not part of the Aldi nappy product test, this survey is also open to you.

Okay. I have a five year old who is not dry at night who needs pull ups and the size 6 ones fit her okay but are too high up at the front and irritate her tummy button.

My nearly four year old is still in nappies. He's three stone. ALL nappies leak overnight with him. They are either too big and hence gape and acquire a build up of urine in certain areas which then become overwhelmed and leak (little puddles of urine where they do not fit well) or they are too skimpy and they hang too low on his (enormously large) bottom. So he gets builders bum. Then overnight they work their way down at the front and leak there too. And please do not get me started on nappies like Pampers which do not have enough padding on the bum so you get poonamis coming up and over at the back (particularly when we are eating out or so it seems Hmm).

torn about he amazon vouchers!! Shock

but love Aldi wipes, so want to help them.

nothing in there about comparing them to other brands, though, so would like to add - I like the plastic clipping flip top, and the fact that they're quite robust wipes (unlike Huggies which are so blimmin' flimsy that you pull them out of the pack and they're practically crumbling!)

nickelbabe · 22/05/2012 16:18

klaxon - maybe you need to use cloth ones? there must be some that fit better.

klaxon · 22/05/2012 16:57

nickelbabe - tried that too - still leaky. I reckon I'm going to have to make something out of fleece (and bags for life probably) Hmm

nickelbabe · 22/05/2012 17:21

if you can make stuff, then that would be ideal, i reckon. You can keep tweaking it.

klaxon · 22/05/2012 17:28

Thanks, I may try - perhaps I'll make nappies for big arses and make a mint selling them!

nickelbabe · 22/05/2012 17:28

yeah, you probably could Grin
(for the special needs market)
