Garnier Ambre Solaire have asked us to find out what you think about applying sun lotion/cream to your child(ren) and yourself.

The survey is open to all UK Mumsnetters with at least one child.

Everyone who takes part and adds their details at the end will be entered into a prize draw to win £200 of vouchers for John Lewis.

Please click here to take part in the survey.

Thanks and good luck with the prize draw!

A comments box would have been good... I also do not sunbathe! I do worry a bit about the vitamin D thing but my children spend a lot of time all year round playing outside and I only make them wear suncream during the summer months so am hopeful they get enough.

CointreauVersial · 03/04/2011 00:12

Done. Made me feel guilty because I'm hopeless at remembering to apply suncream to the DCs, particularly in the UK.

The only person who burns in this family is DH, and he'll get sunburn mowing the lawn for 30 minutes in April.

PerArduaAdNauseum · 03/04/2011 00:15

What everyone else said. And done. And not too convinced about this Vit D thing if you're eating properly - after all, how much sun did a 'lady' get before tans got fashionable in the 1920s? And how much sun would a 6 days a week coalminer have had...?

tah2 · 03/04/2011 00:41

Done!

JulesJules · 03/04/2011 12:37

Done. I don't sunbathe either, so I don't feel guilty about it.

Done, and agree there should have been a question about staining!

sparklystar · 04/04/2011 13:07

Done made me think quite a lot about my use of suncreams

KaraStarbuckThrace · 04/04/2011 13:18

Done.

I struggled to with those questions, Albrecht, I have a DS who is three and a 10yo DSS but DSS has Asperger's & hypermobility so does some things at a different rate to an NT child!

bigTillyMint · 04/04/2011 18:01

Done

But why nothing about wearing sun protection suits / tops? Much easier than faffing with the cream!

JetLi · 04/04/2011 18:23
