Kidscape have asked Mumsnet to help with a survey that they are conducting about schools' approaches to anti-bullying in advance of this year's anti-bullying week in November. Please take the time to complete the short survey. If you enter your MN nickname at the end one winner (chosen at random) will win a family ticket to Disney On Ice at the NIA in Birmingham including an overnight stay on Saturday the 6th November 2010 (4 people) - for more information please click here. All data is confidential.

This survey is open to all parents in the UK with at least one child in school. If you are able to have a copy of your school's anti-bullying policy to hand before you complete the survey, this would be very useful, although it is not essential.

If you have more than one child and your children are in different education stages (eg you have a child in primary school and a child in secondary etc), please complete the survey thinking about one child/education stage. You may complete the survey more than once if applicable.

Many thanks
MNHQ

Done as I was bullied as a child and dd has started to have problems which are be deal with. The only thing is children can be very good at bulling in a way that can go unnoticed even with the best of teachers.

Done - but I couldn't answer on q because although i have seen the school anti-bullying q I can't remember whether it lists specific types of bullying.

How come this survey is only to do with victims of bullying? Surely how the schools deal with the perpetrators is just as relevant?
