Recruitment for this product test is now closed

We are looking for 150 UK Mumsnetters with at least one child to test Warburtons Half White Half Wholemeal bread with their family.

Here’s what Warburtons has to say: “We’ve introduced a new Half White Half Wholemeal range of bakery products all with added vitamin D and calcium. The Half White Half Wholemeal range not only provides a great way of getting more fibre into the diet but it also makes it easy for busy families to get a third of their daily intake of vitamin D and calcium, which are important to ensure a healthy immune system and strong teeth and bones.”

Selected testers will receive a voucher for a loaf of Warburtons Half White Half Wholemeal bread. They will need to purchase it in a store of their choice and try the bread with their family. Click here if you'd like to see the ingredients in Warburtons Half White Half Wholemeal bread. Following testing, selected testers will need to give their feedback via a thread on Mumsnet and a short survey we’ll send to you.

Please note that if selected, you will be asked to buy and test the bread with your family between 5th and 13th September and to leave your feedback the week after. Please only sign up to take part if you’d be able to purchase, test, and leave feedback during the testing period (roughly 5th to 17th September).

All testers who give the required feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £100 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).

If you’re interested in taking part, please sign up here.

Thanks and good luck!

Signed up! Love Warburtons, especially their wholemeal bread it is our daily go to brand/bread of choice in our household. Would love the opportunity to try the new half white half wholemeal bread.

Done 🤞

Didn’t they just recently dump their British wheat supplier in favour of imported wheat from the States?

How do you find out this sort of thing?

Joysutty · 02/09/2020 09:50

Yes, all signed up also. Would like the opportunity to try this 50/50 as being type 2 diabetic been told only wholemeal bread but my husband likes his white, so its a case of buying them both.

Apologies - it’s Canada. It’s on their Twitter feed 3/7/2020. They’re Tory donors as well, according to The Times.

I would love to sign up to test this bread but it's saying it's now closed .

QueenofLouisiana · 02/09/2020 21:44

Oh yes please! We get through a lot of bread as DS has teenage hollow legs!

I've received my vouchers but have been to a largish Sainsburys today and they didn't have any in stock. I also have a Sainsburys slot booked for tomorrow so thought I'd try and add it to the online shop, and use my vouchers for a different product, but there's no sign of it either. Has anyone seen it in store?

@starlingsintheslipstream I hadn't seen it in store previously and worried that it would be hard to get hold of but went to do my normal shop in Tesco today and they had a big display of it - reduced to 65p too.
starlingsintheslipstream · 17/09/2020 20:20

Thank you. Looks like I'll just have to shop around then. Smile

Bingowin · 19/09/2020 00:20

My voucher hasn't arrived?🤷‍♀️
