Flora panel - Baking activity feedback NOW CLOSED

This thread is for the Flora panel members participating in the Flora Buttery baking task.

Here's what Flora have to say, 'Flora Buttery is brilliant for baking the fluffiest of cakes, and it’s super easy to mix too, even straight from the fridge. We love to use it for icing, as well as in the cake mix (we have loads of great recipes on our website), and it’s a great all-rounder, perfect for everything from spreading on your sandwiches to melting on your spuds. We’d love you to make space for a tub in your fridge and see how versatile it is!"

Panel members were given a voucher to buy Flora Buttery.

Well, I have not got my vouchers yet, but we have some Flora Buttery in the fridge anyway.

Last weekend we were baking cupcakes.

• How did the end result compare to what you usually use to bake with?

I must confess that ever since I discovered Flora Buttery, that is all I ever bake with. It is just so easy to mix and gives a lovely pastry base.

• Would you be likely to use Flora Buttery to bake with again in the future or not? If so, why? If not why not?

As I said I would. It tastes great, and you do not have to get it out of the fridge before mixing it, as it is soft anyway.

Hi everyone, very sorry for the delay in getting vouchers to you. As far as we know, Flora have sent the vouchers out at the beginning of this week, so they should be arriving soon. If they don't arrive in the next couple of days, realistically it looks like this panel activity would need to take place after Christmas. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

the thread went off my active ones so re-marking place, mine didnt arrive yet, am away for the week from sunday so really hoping it comes tomorrow or may just buy some while away, can it be used in any baking even something like cinammon rolls?
