We're having a Twitter party tonight at 8.30pm - and you're all invited. (Lots of [wine]!)

Hello.

We'd like to invite you to our very first Mumsnet Twitter party, tonight at 8.30pm.

Seeing as it's a Friday night, our theme is Wine. Natch.

And our special guest Helen McGinn, author of The Knackered Mother's Wine Club, will be Tweeting some seriously useful Wine tips and advice.

All you need to do to party with us is...

  • Grab a glass (or bottle!) of your favourite Wine

  • Turn up on Twitter at 8.30pm and make sure you're following @mumsnettowers (MNHQ) and @knackeredmutha (Helen McGinn)

  • Check out the hashtag #knackeredwine - and join in!

Everyone who takes part, using the hashtag #knackeredwine, will be entered into a draw to win a case of wine, courtesy of the Tesco wine community.

If you're not on Twitter, never fear. You can still join in by posting on this thread, too. And we'll have some copies of The Knackered Mother's Wine Club to give away to folks who post here during the Twitter party.

This is a bit mad because bothering the interweb is my job, but y'know, do you expect a chef to cook when they get home? Eh? Eh?

Anyway she'd no doubt throw up her hands at my choice of non-vintage.

knackeredwine is the hashtag, knackeredmutha is the person. Helen has stopped now, but there's still plenty of winey chat going on! Wine
