Hi, recently found out I'm having twins, and while my husband drives, I don't so was wondering what luck people have had with double prams on the bus? I was looking at the mountain buggy duet, but open to other better options? Thanks!! ☺️

Congratulations! Not very helpful I know but your thread reminded me of the time, many years ago when I got on the bus with a sidebyside pushchair with my twins. I didn't realise that on this type of bus the aisle got narrower after the entrance. I got firmly wedged and had to ask everyone who got on after me to get off so I could back up! Blush

I don't think a double pram on a bus would be feasible. I think a sling would be the best option. Though that won't be easy to manage either.

A sling is almost impossible for twins. A compact pushchair (not side by side) should be ok.

Except the MB Duet is fine on buses as I can attest. From full size double-deckers to almost mini bus sized. It's great.

Only issue is it takes us same amount of space folded so you don't have the option of vacating the wheelchair space if needed, you have to get off but if the space is free it is accessible from both front and middle doors.

Thank you everyone :) We managed to get a Mountain Buggy Duet complete with 2 carrycots, car seat adaptors and all rain covers for £425 2nd hand so very pleased :)
